The Hobbit is an epic book written by the amazing J.R.R Tolkien, this book is not just a fantasy classic it is THE quintessential fantasy adventure novel. In this novel you read about a hobbit named Bilbo Baggins of Bag End, Hobbits are not adventurous creatures and Bilbo is the first to leave their land in a long time. Bilbo joins the company of dwarves and a wizard named Gandalf to kill a dragon. On their way to the dragon the find many monsters who are hungry for dinner and many elves who wish to feed and shelter their rag-tag group. This book does not have a far-reaching ideal that will change your life, but it does have adventure, joyous singing, monsters and a witty group of dwarves a wizard and a hobbit.
